According to information the wildlife and forest department today moved a court acusing amritpal son of kulwider alias guggu gill residen of mahnikhera village village in muktsar district of killing a black buck on july 17 near bahadar khera village located in the neighbourhood of khairpurvillage which is a part of the notified wildlife sanctuary area. one of his accomplices has been identified as ram kumar poonia of village khairpur. three unidetified persons also allegdly accompained the film stars the complaint said.

Two range officer of the forest and wildelife department yesterday visted the village and took sample of the bloodstains found in the field of former sarpanch Surinder kumar. Footprints of the black buck, shoe prints of the hunters and jeep tyre marks were also comfirmed on the spot. The case has been register under the section 9,39,41 of the wild life Act 1972, sources added.
