, Former Chief Minister, while talking to the medaiperson at the residence of Mr Avtar Singh Jhoal,a local SAD leader here this Afternoon.

He said if the SAD had come in power it would form a separate depatment which deal with  unemployment. Reffering to the proposed transfer of six more departments to panchayats by the state government Mr Badal said, his party was in favour of decentralisation of power, but transfer of departments should be done after providing basic infrastructures and adquate funds to the panchayats. He also pointed out that there was no complainanat in cases registered in cases registered aginst sad leaders.
